Dosage Technologies offer preventive maintenance services in order to optimize your installations availability.

The maintenance workshop is able to overhaul all the equipments provided by Dosage Technologies as well as third party devices such as :

• pumps,
• valves,
• couplings,
• dispensing valves,
• cylinders,
• transmission elements,
• etc.

Each apparatus is systematically completely dismounted and reconditioned. All the seals as well as wearing parts or irreparably damaged components are systematically replaced in order to guarantee an optimal reliability.

In-house test bench enables our staff to check tightness and carry out the operational acceptance test of each overhauled apparatus before shipping.

Customers can either choose to sign an annual maintenance contract or to order on case-by-case estimate.
